Hunters IFAK

When a hunter is involved in any type of traumatic injury in the field, it is essential that they have the necessary items to render aid to themselves or another hunter.

This kit contains the three main components necessary for a hunter to provide treatment to gunshot wounds as well as other types of trauma associated with hunting accidents.

The three main components

• (1) NAR CAT Gen7 tourniquet NSN 6515-01-521-7976 One of only two US Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security approved tourniquets.
• (1) ChitoSAM 100 (4"x4") Hemostatic Dressing is a high performance 100% pure chitosan hemostatic dressing designed to stop lethal bleeding fast. 
• (1) 4" NAR Mini Responder ETD This is NAR most compact compression bandage, designed to provide an effective pressure bandage when reduced packaging size is required.
